Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Stores struggled to sell its merchandise with a majority of its stores temporarily closed due to the pandemic. In developing new ways for customers to shop, the marketing and creative teams devised the following solution: a digital catalog where customers could call to place their orders by phone for home delivery. Sophia J. Gonzalez wrote original, compelling copy for all of the digital catalogs and for their promotion across all channels: marketing site, emails, store signage and SMS.
